Guidelines for Refunds and Returns

Once we receive a return from you, we will credit the return amount as soon as possible.

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging). We cannot accept returns that do not comply with the following guidelines; any returned items will be sent back to the customer. This includes items:
- whose seal has been broken/opened
- that have been used
- whose labels have been altered, overwritten, or covered
- that have been filled
- that have holes
- that are not fully returned (e.g., components of an exclusive set)
- that are part of a promotion requiring a certain purchase value

Refunds for card payments may take up to 10 working days, depending on the processing time of the bank. This period may vary depending on the credit institution or card issuer; unfortunately, we cannot influence this process. Payment refunds via PayPal are available immediately.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
a) Have you received a damaged item? Please send us a picture of the damaged item to Once we receive the proof, we will process your request as quickly as possible, either refunding the item or sending you a new, undamaged item.
b) Have you received a faulty item? We classify goods as faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered faulty if the condition is due to expected wear and tear. In this case, we cannot accept any responsibility. If you notice a fault within 30 days of receiving the goods, please contact us directly via email at

Skin Reactions:
If your skin reacts poorly to any of the products, we recommend discontinuing the use of the item immediately. Please contact us via email at so we can assist you further.

All items we sell include labels containing information about:
1. Name and address of the manufacturer
2. Expiry date / identification number
Products have an expiry date after opening, which is individually specified on each container and box. All sun protection products also have an expiration date.
